The Role
We’re hiring a GTM & Growth Manager at BriskFab.
This is a high-ownership execution role where you will work closely with founders to build and run GTM engines for B2B tech companies across outreach, partnerships, and pipeline generation.
You should be comfortable operating independently, experimenting with new growth ideas, and using AI and automation to scale execution and results.
What You'll Do
GTM Execution (70%)
Execute outbound GTM campaigns across email and LinkedIn
Build prospect lists, run outreach sequences, and generate pipeline
Run multi-channel growth campaigns
Build partnerships, referral channels, and co-marketing initiatives
Track funnel performance and optimize conversion
AI & Growth Systems (30%)
Use AI tools (Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT, etc.) to scale outreach and personalization
Build lightweight automations to streamline GTM workflows
Test new tools and growth experiments to improve efficiency
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
3–6 years in growth, GTM, BD, or execution-focused roles
Strong outbound instincts and campaign execution experience
High ownership mindset with accountability for results
Excellent written communication and outreach skills
Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment
Good to Have
Experience with AI-powered GTM tools (Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, n8n, etc.)
Exposure to B2B tech, SaaS, or advisory environments

Growth Path
