The Role
We’re hiring a Sales & Outreach Associate at BriskFab – someone who helps keep the GTM engine running.
This is a dual execution role. Part of your time will go into outreach and pipeline support, and the rest into sales operations and coordination – ensuring CRM records are clean, follow-ups happen on time, and nothing falls through the cracks.
You will work directly with the founders and growth team, so reliability, ownership, and attention to detail are essential.
What You'll Do
Sales Execution (50%)
Run outbound outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn
Follow up with prospects and manage the full pipeline from first touch to meeting booked
Maintain accurate CRM records – every interaction, every update, every stage
Research target accounts and build prospect lists for outreach campaigns
Support the GTM & Growth Manager on active campaigns when needed
Build and maintain sales collateral – proposals, pitch decks, one-pagers, and capability documents – keeping them sharp, updated, and ready to send
Sales Ops & Admin (50%)
Own the CRM – data hygiene, pipeline reporting, and weekly status updates
Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups across founder calendars
Coordinate with clients and prospects on logistics, documentation, and next steps
Track and report on outreach metrics – open rates, reply rates, meetings booked
Handle day-to-day admin that keeps the founders focused on high-value workWhat We're Looking For
Must-Have
3–5 years in a sales, business development, or sales ops role
Strong written communication – emails that are clear, professional, and get replies
Experience managing or working in a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
High attention to detail – nothing slips, everything is tracked
Ability to build clean, professional sales documents and presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar)
Proactive by default – you spot what needs doing without being told
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
Good to Have
Exposure to B2B tech, SaaS, or consulting / advisory environments
Familiarity with outreach tools – Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience designing or maintaining proposal templates and pitch decks
