The Role
We're hiring a Full-Stack Developer at BriskFab.
You'll own BriskFab's own products and internal tools – architecture through deployment. We need someone who can take a product idea from a rough brief to a working, shippable app, write code that holds up when 200 things go wrong at once, and use AI tools as a force-multiplier rather than a crutch.
The Role
This is a full-time position based in Mumbai. You'll work closely with the core team, take end-to-end ownership of deliverables, and get real exposure to modern platforms and AI workflows.
Product & App Development (70%)
Build full-stack features end-to-end – frontend (React), backend (Node), database, deployment
Turn a one-paragraph brief into a working product decision, not just code
Design for edge cases by default: bad inputs, empty states, race conditions, failed API calls, scale
Own architecture choices for tools you build – not just execute a spec handed to you
Ship, monitor, and iterate – you don't disappear after the first deploy
Figure out what you don't know on the way – new framework, new integration, new platform, no hand-holding
AI-Native Build Workflow (30%)
Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to move fast – but review every line like you wrote it yourself
Know where AI-generated code breaks – hallucinated APIs, missed edge cases, silent logic errors – and catch it before it ships
Prototype quickly using AI for scaffolding, then harden manually for production
Bring new AI-assisted dev tools and workflows to the team as they emerge
Learn and work on Webflow, Framer, or similar modern platforms
Build landing pages for GTM and outbound campaigns
Integrate third-party tools – forms, CRMs, analytics, and tracking pixels
Experiment with AI-assisted design and build tools (Relume, Durable, etc.)
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
2+ years of hands-on experience building real applications (not just coursework or clones)
Strong with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js – can build a full feature without hand-holding
Comfortable with databases (SQL or NoSQL), REST/API design, and deployment (Vercel, Railway, AWS, etc.)
Actively uses AI coding tools in daily work – and can explain what they double-check vs. trust
Demonstrated edge-case thinking – can describe how they've broken or stress-tested their own code
A figure-it-out streak – evidence you've picked up a new tool, framework, or platform on your own and shipped with it
Can show 2–3 real, live, or deployed projects – not just GitHub repos with no users
Good to Have:
Basic product sense – has opinions on UX, not just implementation
Prior experience in a small team/startup where you owned a feature outright
Exposure to no-code/low-code or modern site builders (Webflow, Framer)
